VATCHE CHORBAJIAN is a seasoned attorney educated in some of the finest schools in California. He received his Bachelors degree in Political Science from California State University, at Northridge and his Masters degree in Business Administration from Pepperdine University. Mr. Chorbajian received his Juris Doctorate degree in 1987and has been practicing law continuously for over 15 years.

After law school, Vatche Chorbajian came on strong in the legal community as an insurance lawyer working for Allstate Insurance Company in the Los Angeles area. After handling hundreds of cases for the insurance company, and realizing the enormous power  insurance companies have against consumers, he knew that handling insurance cases on behalf of consumers would be his career focus. Thus, he established his own Los Angeles-based law firm and began representing consumers.

In the beginning the firm started in a small one-room office in the City of Glendale and now it has grown into two offices in the Glendale and San Diego areas.

First and foremost, Vatche Chorbajian is an accomplished trial lawyer both in state and federal courts. Having successfully tried many cases, Vatche brings common sense and practical solutions to solve complex or difficult problems. For that reason, law firms and attorneys regularly refer their complex or difficult litigation to Vatche for further handling or trial. 
 
Addtionally, Vatche Chorbajian holds a broker's license issued by the California Department of Real Estate. In his capacity as a broker, Vatche has participated in many real estate transactions representing principals or advising buyers and sellers. Moreover, in the early 1990's, Vatche Chorbajian served on the Board of Directors of a real estate development company and has been a general partner in a company that specialized in the construction of multi-family dwellings.

Professional Experience:

Mr. Chorbajian has been a practicing attorney for over 17 years. He began his legal career as an insurance defense attorney for Allstate Insurance Companies. As in house counsel, Mr. Chorbajian is highly knowledgeable about insurance policies, the handling of claims and the benefits and rights of policy holders. In addition to practicing law, Mr. Chorbajian has been a licensed real estate broker for over twenty years, giving him a more broad understanding of property damage claims.

Additionally, Mr. Chorbajian’s practice focuses on real estate, construction defect and general business litigation. His clients include several midsize companies and corporations located throughout Southern California. Mr. Chorbajian has assisted Over his many years of pracrice, Mr. Chorbajian has handled numerous trials and has represented clients at the United States Court of Appeals.

Over the past 5 years Mr. Chorbajian has also served as a panel member in the Los Angeles Superior Court’s ADR program and has assisted in resolving hundreds of matters.
